Robert Blick
Robert Blick was admitted in 1980 is a founder member of Blick & Co. He is the former Honorary Consul and Trade Commissioner to Sierra Leone and Liberia in the UK with over 30 years experience. In 2002 he managed Sierra National Airlines chartering in a Monarch Boeing 757 and carrying out two flights a week to Sierra Leone and The Gambia from Gatwick airport. He has specialist practical knowledge. He has on the ground knowledge of mining in Sierra Leone /West Africa and the legal process in setting up Gold, diamond, Iron ore, Rutile and Bauxite mines. He began his career in shipping specialising in, cargo, insurance, crew, collisions and salvage, ship management and has managed a cargo vessel. He has represented and dealt with disputes, mostly on behalf of Owners and insurers arising out of shipping. He has sat as an arbitrator in a Lloyds salvage arbitration and other arbitrations. Boxing He has been involved at the highest level of professional boxing advising a world champion, dealing with his promotor and manager.
